Description
The MIX-4030 heat detector is a plug-in point detection
device that continuously samples for temperature
variation using a fully digital communication protocol.
Alarm will be reported when sampled temperature
exceeds 135F (57C) or 175F (79C). Excessive
temperature rises can also be reported if the detector
is configured for rate-of-rise operation.

The MIX-4030/MIX-4030-ISO work with a Mircom
compatible control panel providing high rates of
information exchange and fast and secure responses.
Remote alarm indication is possible with the addiction
of a remote indication lamp RA100Z.
Detector can be addressed and programmed using
the MIX-4090 hand-held device before inserting
the detector on the base. Panel programming of
devices is also available at the panel after installation.
Addresses can be selected from a range of 1 -240.
Four sensitivity levels are available.
As a deterrent to removal, the device can be secured ,
if required, by an unique Anti-Tamper feature.
This detector comes with a dust cover to protect the
device during shipping and when first installed.
